Integrated Systems · Fort Worth, TX

One building. One system.

PrimeNova integrates building automation, access, fire, and energy systems across North Texas — on open protocols, so the next contractor can service what we installed.

The Problem

Four systems, four vendors, four phone numbers.

HVAC from one contractor, access from another, fire from a third, and lighting from whoever was cheapest that year. None of them talk. All of them bill separately. And at least one runs on a protocol only its installer can service.

How We Work

Open protocols, every time

We install on BACnet, Modbus, and open standards without exception. That means another contractor can service, extend, or replace our work, which is precisely the point and precisely what proprietary vendors avoid.

It costs us the captive service revenue that a locked-in system generates for its installer. It has also produced a nineteen-year business built almost entirely on referral from facilities managers who have been burned once already.

And we hand over the programming. Control sequences, point lists, and graphics files, documented and in your possession. If you replace us, you keep everything.

Method

Four phases

01

Assess

Three weeks documenting what is installed, what is orphaned, and what nobody can service.

02

Design

Sequences and point lists issued for approval. Open protocol, no exceptions.

03

Install

Staged floor by floor in occupied buildings. Nothing shuts down for us.

04

Hand over

Programming, graphics, point lists, and training. All of it, in your possession.

Who We Serve

North Texas facilities

Commercial property, healthcare, schools and districts, municipal buildings, and light industrial across Fort Worth, Arlington, and the western metroplex.

Buildings from 20,000 to 900,000 square feet, generally with a facilities team who knows the building well and has inherited four systems nobody chose together.

Many arrive holding a service quote from the only company able to touch their controls. That is the conversation we have most often.

Clients

What they report

Our previous controls vendor was the only firm legally able to touch the system. PrimeNova replaced it with something three contractors can bid on.

Who else can service your controls?

If the answer is one company, that is worth three weeks and a fixed fee to fix.
